Online presentations software We do presentation skills training and public speaking training and we work from our three respective homes at least some of the time. That means we can really appreciate online software to allow us all to look at the same file at the same time... particularly presentation software. Up until now the only really viable alternative has been google docs which works. It's a bit slow and clumbsy but it works. There are alternatives, of course, but they tend to be pretty expensive online CRM stuff. We didn't like the word "expensive". :) Enter zoho.com It's our new fave. The online CRM works pretty well and crucially for us the presentation software works nicely. Obviously it doesn't do the fancy stuff (transitions and so on) but we're not big fans of the really fancy stuff anyway and in any case, we use this software for knocking up the general content *then* we download it to the computers it's to be used on for 'tarting up'. It saves us a lot of hassle, moving files backwards and forwards! Simon
